RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to prevent "no-shows", we have introduced a deposit requirement.
A deposit of R150 per guest is required to secure your reservation, payable within 24hours of making the provisional booking. Please be aware that non-payment constitutes a cancellation of the provisional booking.
All credit card transactions are processed through a 3rd party secure payment portal. Your credit card details are not seen or stored by us.
There is no deposit requirement for Lunch Reservations.
A 100% REFUND WILL BE RETURNED for any cancellation or modification made by the guest no later than 24 hours prior to your booking.
In the case of a late cancellation or no notification of modifications by the guest or a no show, the full deposit per cancelled or absent guest will be held. This is at the sole discretion of Management.
Children under 10
Please note that Riverine Rabbit is a fine dining restaurant and does not allow children under the age of 10 years for lunch or dinner reservations.
It is essential that we are notified of any dietary requirements prior to your visit. If you have not informed us at the point of booking, please contact the restaurant via firstname.lastname@example.org
Bookings larger than 6
We are able to accommodate a limited number of large tables. The maximum table size we can accommodate is 6 guests. Larger parties may book adjacent tables.

We do allow guests to bring in their own wine with the exception of any wines we may have on our list. There is a corkage fee of R85 per bottle. One bottle per table is allowed. Unfinished wine may be taken home with you.
